Shipping & Returns

Turn Around Time

Most orders will be processed and shipped in 1-2 business days excluding custom orders. Orders to be priority shipped will be shipped same day if order is placed by 1:00 pm EST. Please allow 7 business days for production of personalized orders. Personalized orders to be shipped 2-day or 1-day service will not reduce production time.  All orders are shipped from Dallas, Texas.

Returns

Returns are unavailable for all custom orders. You may return other merchandise in original, unopened packaging for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We will process your return promptly upon receipt. Your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment. Banks can take 3-5 days for refunds to appear on your account statements and it dependent upon your particular bank's policies. You will receive an email confirmation once the merchandise has been received and refund made. Please send merchandise for refund including your original order number:

Shipping Details

Once your package leaves our location, you can expect the following transit times for delivery within the contiguous United States (barring extreme weather conditions and holidays):

  • UPS Ground: 1-5 business days within the contiguous United States; 3-7 business days to addresses in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. UPS Ground cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a residential or business address for delivery.

  • UPS 2nd Day Air*: placed by 1pm CST (Monday through Friday) will be delivered in 2 business days. Expedited shipping for orders with custom printed items will decrease ship time, but will not decrease production time. Production will still take up to 7 business days.

  • UPS Next Day Air*: placed by 1pm CST (Monday through Friday) will be delivered in 1 business day. Expedited shipping for orders with custom printed items will decrease ship time, but will not decrease production time. Production will still take up to 7 business days.

*Note: Next Day and 2 Day shipments to remote areas may also take additional shipping time.

Saturday delivery can be arranged for Next Day orders shipping out on Friday by contacting Customer Service via phone immediately after placing your order if placed by 1:00pm CST on Friday. There will be a $12 upgrade fee applied to your order for Saturday Delivery. Your request must be received and confirmed by 1:00pm CST. If you do not notify us immediately after placing your order, we may be unable to arrange Saturday delivery.

You will receive an email the day your order is shipped which will include tracking information. We guarantee packages are put on board the shipping transit service. However, from this point, we do not take responsibility for the delivery of the shipment to you. Residential deliveries that do not require signature may be left in a safe place, out of sight and out of weather at the driver's discretion. This could include the front door, side porch, back porch and garage area.

Signature may be required for delivery of custom orders. Please take this into consideration when selecting a ship-to address for your package. For residential deliveries that require signature, you can leave instructions for the driver if no one will be home. For example, you can ask that it be delivered to a neighbor who will be home.

Orders shipping P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are required to be sent via the United States Postal Service. Please enter only one "ship to" address (P.O. Box or street address) to prevent shipping errors.
